Chartered in 1919, PFSP is the oldest AFT local this side of the Mississippi River.
PFSP represents classified workers at Portland Public Schools, including paraeducators, educational assistants, administrative assistants, clerks, occupational therapists, physical therapists, campus security, and more.
Executive Board
PFSP's elected Board Members meet monthly to manage the operations of our Union.
Site Representatives
Site Representatives are volunteer member-leaders who represent PFSP staff at their work site, organize new members, monitor working conditions and contract abuses, and educate and mobilize members around important issues.
Staff Members
PFSP has one full-time employee, the President, and two part-time employees, the Field Representatives. They are available as a resource to all.
